It’s such a shame we have literally been fed a lie for so many years!  How many years do you think it’s been now that we’ve been told to eat a “low-fat diet”, whereby the manufacturers cut the fat and up the sugar to insane levels that elevate our blood sugar and cause us to gain weight, clog up our arteries, and make us feel sluggish after the sugar high!!!

Sometimes it’s hard to know which diet is healthy for us.  So many people still believe that fat clogs our arteries.

Did you know that a study in the British Medical Journals proved over 20 years ago that it is“not cholesterol” that clogs our arteries?  It’s “cholesterol and iron mixed together that causes the plaque.”

What does that mean?  Well, it has been proven that men have more heart attacks than women until women are past menopause.  So why is that?

Studies showed, that women via menstruation deplete their bodies of excess iron, which mixed with cholesterol causes plaque in the arteries.  Men have no way of depleting their iron build-up unless they give blood.  If you have a knowledgeable doctor, you should ask him about this.  If he doesn’t know what you are talking about, maybe you should find a new doctor.  It is the only way a man can deplete excess iron in the body.  Yet we are told by these “low fat, high sugar” brands to eat “iron-rich cereals”, filled with sugar.
