Low fat diets are typically high in sugar.  These types of diets leave you feeling hungry and weight loss is very slow.  So, what do you do?  How do you lose weight, keep it off, and enjoy your lifestyle?

Yes, it’s a little restrictive during the weight loss phase, but nothing is off limits on the weekend, so long as you are sensible and don’t binge eat a whole cake.  Once you get to maintenance phase, you’ll see you can eat absolutely anything you want and not gain weight.  Why?  Because you will know exactly what to eat, what is good for you, and what will make you gain weight.  With that knowledge, you will be able to adjust the maintenance phase to suit yourself.

You can eat this way for 4 days a week, and 3 days a week eat whatever you want, and you’ll stay slim.  That’s how I kept it off.

Or you can adjust it to suit your needs.  The thing is, you’ll be so aware of what is healthy and delicious, you’ll naturally eliminate high sugar fruits and processed junk most of the time.

You’ll enjoy your steak, chicken, fish, burgers, just as you do now, but you’ll be eating different cuts of meat.  You’ll be eating low sugar fruits and vegetables.  You’ll be drinking tea, coffee, even alcohol, and still lose weight.
