You can eat this way for 4 days a week, and 3 days a week eat whatever you want, and you’ll stay slim.  That’s how I kept it off.

Or you can adjust it to suit your needs.  The thing is, you’ll be so aware of what is healthy and delicious, you’ll naturally eliminate high sugar fruits and processed junk most of the time.

You’ll enjoy your steak, chicken, fish, burgers, just as you do now, but you’ll be eating different cuts of meat.  You’ll be eating low sugar fruits and vegetables.  You’ll be drinking tea, coffee, even alcohol, and still lose weight.
